Prayer Week Prayer Points and Scriptures

Thank you for joining us during our Prayer Week.

At the heart of this week of intercession is our desire to trust God to make each one of us fruitful and to make our church fruitful for His glory. As you spend time with the Lord, please focus your prayers on the church—that we, as a local body, will glorify God, win souls, make disciples, and contribute to the spiritual and physical transformation of our community and city.

Pour out your heart before God. Surrender your life afresh to Him, recommit yourself to His purposes, and allow Him to work deeply in you. Also take time to pray for yourself, your family, your friends, and your workplace.

May God richly bless you as we seek Him together.

The following prayer points are intended to help unify us in intercession throughout the week:

1. Worship (20 minutes)

Please take time to connect with God and worship Him with thanksgiving, praise and declaring your love to, and dependence on Him. (20 minutes)

2. Church (20 minutes)

Please pray and proclaim the following scriptures over our church, below are a few points that could guide your prayers. (20 minutes)

Isaiah 54:2–3 (NLT)

“Enlarge your house; build an addition. Spread out your home, and spare no expense! For you will soon be bursting at the seams. Your descendants will occupy other nations and resettle the ruined cities.”

Jeremiah 30:19 (NLT) & Hebrews 6:14 (NKJV)

“There will be joy and songs of thanksgiving, and I will multiply my people, not diminish them; I will honor them, not despise them.”

“Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you.”

Philippians 1:3–6 (NIV)

“I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”

Isaiah 43:19–20 (NLT)

“For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland. The wild animals in the fields will thank me, the jackals and owls, too, for giving them water in the desert. Yes, I will make rivers in the dry wasteland so my chosen people can be refreshed.”

Thank you to everyone who has registered!

Just a reminder that this is not a chain prayer. Rather, we are setting aside 144 hours of prayer—six days dedicated to seeking God, making intercession, and trusting Him to be glorified. Together we are praying for His Kingdom to come and His will to be done in our lives, our church, our families, and our communities.

Thank you for being part of this special time of prayer. Blessings!
